2. Health and Care Worker Visa

•Applicants must have a job offer from a UK employer in a health or social care role.

•Requires a Certificate of Sponsorship and meeting a minimum salary threshold.

•Operates on the same points-based system as the Skilled Worker Visa (70 points required).

•After 5 years, holders can apply for ILR.

•Dependents can also apply to stay.

 

3. Innovator Founder Visa

•For those wishing to start and run a unique business in the UK.

•The business must be endorsed by an approved endorsing body.

•Applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements, including a viable and innovative business idea.

•The Innovator Founder visa is a path for entrepreneurs looking to create a business that isn’t already available in the UK market.

 

4. T2 Minister of Religion Visa

•For individuals offered a role within a faith community, such as ministers, missionaries, or religious leaders.

•Requires a job offer in a religious role and compliance with immigration rules.

•Allows the applicant to work and live in the UK as part of a religious organization.

 

5. UK Ancestry Visa

•For individuals from Commonwealth countries who have a grandparent born in the UK or the Islands.

•Applicants must be aged 17 or older and must apply from outside the UK.

•Spouses or partners and children can apply to stay as dependents.

•The visa leads to settlement, allowing applicants to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after 5 years.
